
Dr. Horlick is a 1975 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Upon graduation from Dental school, he entered the U.S. Navy, and was a Dental Officer at the Naval Regional Dental Center in Philadelphia, PA. In 1977, Dr. Horlick returned to Baltimore to enter private practice and also to teach Dentistry at his Alma Mater. He was appointed Clinical Instructor of Oral Diagnosis, and was subsequently promoted to Clinical Assistant Professor of Oral Diagnosis there. While in Baltimore, Dr. Horlick was an Attending Dentist at Children's Hospital Center for Reconstructive Surgery in Baltimore, and had staff privileges at the University of Maryland Hospitals. Upon moving to Atlanta, Dr. Horlick was appointed as an Assistant Professor of Oral Medicine at Emory University School of Dentistry. In 1983, Dr. Horlick was awarded Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry. He has lectured nationally and internationally on Cosmetic Dental procedures and Risk Management in Dentistry. In addition to his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Horlick also holds a Juris Doctor (J.D., 1987) degree from the Georgia State University College of Law. He has been an Active member of the Georgia Bar since 1987, and has been admitted to practice in all courts of law and equity in Georgia, along with the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is also a member of the Bars of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the 11th Circuit United States Court of Appeals. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, glass blowing, ceramics, acrylic painting, and not to be mentioned least.... world travel.
